Samsung’s upcoming UI 8.5 is expected to make debut in the Galaxy S26 series in January, and we now know that it will be included in the newly leaked building: AI-Power Notification Summary.
This feature has been added to a recent AI 8.5 build but it still doesn’t work. Anyway, this is self -explanatory – AI will help summarize the content in your instructions. When you first pull down the notification shade, you will see the pop-up in the screenshot on the left, explaining the feature. You can then ignore it or turn it into settings.

There you will be able to choose which apps to exclude from the notification summary. For now, this does not work, as each installed app is listed according to default and has no way to remove any of them, but it is still in progress, and they should all be sorted before a UI 8.5 officially exit.
A UI 8.5 action is also adding the ability to double tap your back of your phone, or to launch the app, which is already possible on the Samsung device but only by a good lock app – in a UI 8.5 it will be created in the skin.
